Roda JC extended their unbeaten run to four in the Eredivisie after playing out a goalless draw with ADO Den Haag on Friday.
The hosts had several opportunities to break the deadlock but Ruud Brood’s side were unable to find the back of the net at Parkstad Limburg Stadion.
ADO started the game positively and came close to taking the lead through striker Rydell Poepon but Roda goalkeeper Filip Kurto was up to the task.
Kurto’s save seemed to spark his team-mates into action as they began to take control of the match, with former Liverpool striker Krisztian Nemeth going close.
Nemeth had another good opportunity in the second half but fluffed his shot, while a header from ADO defender Tom Beugelsdijk lacked any real power.
As a result of the pair’s second successive draw, Roda remain 14th and ADO stay seventh.
