Eredivisie: VVV Venlo 0 Roda JC 4

Roda JC comfortably accounted for VVV Venlo with a 4-0 away win over the Eredivisie minnows on Tuesday.

The Seacon Stadion De Koel crowd were silenced in the third minute when midfielder Willem Janssen put the visitors ahead.

Belgian midfielder Laurent Delorge doubled the lead in the 22nd minute, before Danish striker Mads Junker scored the first goal of his brace on the half-hour mark.

Junker added to the tally in the 80th minute to move Roda into fifth spot in the league standings, six points off first-place PSV Eindhoven.

VVV remain in second-last position, seven points short of safety.
