Vitesse Arnhem were the biggest winners on a high-scoring Saturday in the Eredivisie, as they beat Roda JC 5-0.
All the goals came in a second-half onslaught at the GelreDome.
Marco van Ginkel netted the first on 55 minutes, before Guram Kashia doubled the lead 15 minutes later.
The Georgia defender’s effort appeared to open the flood gates – it was the first of four goals in the space of just 11 minutes.
Giorgi Chanturia made it 3-0 on 72 minutes, with Alexander Buttner converting from the penalty spot five minutes later.
Julian Jenner completed the rout in the 81st minute.
The heavy win was Vitesse’s third from six matches played, taking them up to sixth place on the table.
Roda are four points worse off in 12th.
In other matches, Feyenoord defeated De Graafschap 4-0, with all the goals also coming in the second half.
Ruben Schaken claimed the first just a minute after break.
De Graafschap’s task became considerably harder when Ted Van de Pavert received his marching orders for a foul inside the box, and John Guidetti made it 2-0 from the resulting penalty.
Kelvin Leerdam weighed in with a third on 66 minutes, before Guyon Fernandez netted a second penalty with 11 minutes remaining.
The win lifts Feyenoord into first place ahead of Ajax, who play PSV Eindhoven on Sunday.
Elsewhere, three late goals helped Heerenveen record a 3-0 win in their match away to VVV Venlo.
Luciano Narsingh found the breakthrough for the visitors on 74 minutes, with Bas Dost and Oussama Assaidi on target in the 81st and 88th minutes respectively.
Heerenveen’s second win of the campaign takes them ninth, while VVV are second from bottom, without a victory.
FC Groningen won 2-0 at home to Excelsior, courtesy of goals either side of half-time from Dusan Tadic and Petter Andersson.
