PSV handed Twente an opportunity to claim the Eredivisie’s top spot, while Willem II’s season of woe continued on Saturday.

PSV could not find a goal in their trip to De Graafschap and had to be content with a 0-0 draw, meaning Twente could move top with a win at Heerenveen on Sunday.

NAC Breda came from a goal down to beat Utrecht 3-1 at the Rat Verlegh Stadion.

Michael Silber opened the scoring for Utrecht nine minutes in, but Csaba Feher levelled for the hosts four minutes later.

Ghana international Matthew Amoah put NAC ahead for the first time in the 56th minute, before Kees Luijckx completed the turnaround with a strike in the 67th minute.

NEC won 3-1 at home to rock-bottom Willem II, meaning the latter are now 13 points from safety.

Bjorn Vleminckx put NEC in front 11 minutes in, before Andreas Lasnik equalised from the penalty spot in the 38th minute.

Lasse Schone restored NEC’s advantage 10 minutes into the second half and John Goossens made it 3-1 on 66 minutes.

Roda JC played out a 1-1 draw with ADO Den Haag at the Parkstad Limburg.

Wim Janssen put Roda ahead nine minutes in, but the lead lasted barely four minutes before Dimitri Bulykin pulled ADO level.
