Erik Lamela would consider Inter Milan switch

Tottenham winger Erik Lamela has struggled to clinch a starting place for the north London club and enjoyed a rather erratic time in and out of the squad ever since his arrival from AS Roma back in the 2013/14 season.

The Argentine winger had been constantly linked with a return to Italy and has once again emerged as a potential summer target for Serie A giants Inter Milan.

Lamela took part in his team’s Champions League 2-2 draw at Juventus, playing 88 minutes in Spurs comeback but he’s seen his playing time severely limited in the Premier League and could seek for a way out of the club at the end of the season.

The Italian media suggest Lamela would consider a switch to Nerazzurri but the Italian giants would first have to balance their budget in order to sort out the UEFA Financial Fair Play issues.
