Erik ten Hag wants to sign Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves for Manchester United, according to The Sun. Ten Hag is the manager of Ajax at the moment, but the Dutchman will reportedly take charge of Manchester United in the summer of 2022 and he wants to sign Portugal international midfielder Neves from Wolves.
Ten Hag has been a huge fan of Neves for years and will push for Manchester United to sign the midfielder should he become the new manager of the Red Devils. The Dutchman has followed the progress of Neves since he was a teenager and playing for FC Porto.
Neves has made 26 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Wolves so far this season, scoring four goals and providing two assists in the process.
