(GSM) – Tunisian side ES Tunis finished first in Group A of the CAF Champions League following a 0-1 win at Dynamos of Zimbabwe.
Esperance Tunis began the final round of group games in shared place with Congo DR’s TP Mazembe, who dropped points in a goalless draw with ES Setif of Algeria.
As such, a 0-1 win was enough for Tunis to secure the top spot in the group. Playmaker Oussama Darragi, who struggled to be fit for this game, scored the only goal.
While Group B plays its final games on Sunday, the top two positions are already decided. As such, Tunis get to face Egyptian giants Al Ahly in the semi finals while TP Mazembe meet with Algerian outfit Kabylie.
