(GSM) – Estudiantes moved back to the head of the Clausura on Saturday as they secured a 1-0 victory over River Plate.
An own goal by River defender Facundo Quiroga on 22 minutes was all the home side needed to secure a victory.
The three points moved Estudiantes back to two points ahead of Godoy Cruz, who beat Chacarita Juniors on Friday.
Argentinos Juniors could move within a point of Estudiantes on Sunday if they can grab a win over Gimnasia-La Plata.
