Unbeaten Germany will look to maintain their 100 per cent record in Group A of Euro 2012 qualifying when they tackle cellar dwellers Kazakhstan.
Germany should collect their fifth straight win on Saturday when they host a Kazakhstan team that has yet to earn their first point in this campaign.
The match is likely to be a tough baptism of fire for new Kazakh coach Miroslav Beranek.
Beranek, 53, only took over the reins seven weeks ago following the resignation of German Bernd Storck in October but he seems to be on a mission impossible.
Kazakhstan have lost all four of their qualifiers, conceding 10 goals and failing to find the net so far. Germany beat their opponents 3-0 with second half goals from Miroslav Klose, Mario Gomez and Lukas Podolski.
German coach Joachim Loew will have plenty celebrate on Saturday after recently signing a new contract that will keep him in charge of the national team until the 2014 World Cup finals in Brazil.
Goalkeeper Rene Adler has been ruled out of the qualifier with a muscle injury.
But Loew has decided against replacing the 26-year-old Bayer Leverkusen player, meaning Schalke’s Manuel Neuer, the number one at last year’s World Cup, and Werder Bremen’s Tim Wiese will be the only two keepers in the German squad.
