France only need a draw at home to Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday to take top spot in Group D in Euro 2012 qualifying.
Laurent Blanc’s team currently sit top of the group, one point clear of Bosnia-Herzegovina ahead of their final match.
Safet Susic’s side enjoyed a comfortable 5-0 win over Luxembourg on Friday, with Zvjezdan Misimovic netting a double.
France were just as impressive in a 3-0 defeat of Albania, and they will go into the clash at the Stade de France as favourites.
Loic Remy impressed in the win and will again be a threat, while midfielder Yohan Cabaye is likely to be fit despite picking up an ankle injury.
Marseille striker Remy expects Bosnia-Herzegovina to come out attacking knowing they need a victory if they are to qualify for their first European championships.
The team that finishes second in the group is guaranteed a playoff spot.
Late goals from Karim Benzema and Florent Malouda decided the match when the teams last met, but Bosnia-Herzegovina will be buoyed by their ability stay in the encounter for so long.
It took until the 72nd minute for Benzema to open the scoring on September 7, but the Real Madrid striker and Bayern Munich attacker Franck Ribery are not in this squad because of injury.
But even if Remy fails to fire, the likes of Lyon striker Bafetimbi Gomis up front, and Samir Nasri in midfield, should provide enough firepower.
Bosnia-Herzegovina face a tougher test than they did against Luxembourg, and Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko will again hold the key up front.
Dzeko has been in good form with the English Premier League side and he must lead the front line if his side are to have any chance of causing a major upset.
