French media outlet L’Equipe understands that a number of top European sides have been keeping close tabs on Marseille youngster Boubacar Kamara.
The 17-year-old is widely regarded as one of country’s hottest prospects and he is predicted a bright future in the game.
The central defender has been offered a professional contract by Marseille, but he has yet to make a decision on his future.
Namely, while sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta is trying to reach an agreement with Kamara’s agents, clubs like Chelsea, Manchester City, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund are in the race for the player’s signature as well.
The captain of club’s Under-17 side has so far made 22 appearances for the reserves in the fourth division and while he appears to be satisfied with his current status at the club, the youngster clearly wants to assess all options before making a final decision.
