West Bromwich Albion defender Jonny Evans is hopeful of securing a move to Manchester City this summer, according to the Mirror.
The Northern Ireland defender was linked with a move to the Etihad Stadium in January though the Baggies rejected a bid from City, who on Sunday became Premier League champions.
Evans will be available for £3m should the Baggies be relegated as expected, with Arsenal interested in securing his services though the former Manchester United man is keen to hold out for a move to the Etihad Stadium.
Since signing for West Brom Evans has racked up ninety appearances in all competitions, scoring five goals while he has been capped sixty-eight times for his country.
Despite recording a surprise win over Manchester United on Sunday afternoon, Darren Moore’s side remain almost certain for relegation ahead of Satruday’s match with Liverpool at the Hawthorns, where the home win is priced at 11/2.
