Premier League side Everton travel to face Championship outfit Reading in the third round of the Capital One Cup tonight, and are hopeful of coming out on top to build up some momentum. The Toffees have been in decent form this season, and would certainly love a cup run try and end their long-running trophy drought.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez will be making a number of changes for the clash, but he will still be taking the competition seriously as Reading are not to be underestimated. The Royals are enjoying a bright start to their Championship campaign, and have won three of their last four in the league.

The Premier League side remain the favourites, however, with Everton in fantastic form on the road. The Merseysiders have picked up a win and two draws against Southampton, Tottenham and Swansea City away from home this season, so Reading are more than beatable for them.

As a result, Bet 365 are giving odds of 6/5 for Everton to see past Reading in normal time this evening to book their place in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup.
