The Guardian understands that Everton are about to make Standard Liege forward Ishak Belfodil their third signing of the January window.
The Toffees have already recruited talented youngster Ademola Lookman from Charlton Athletic, while Morgan Schneiderlin is also set to join the Goodison Park outfit.
And Everton attack are now going to be further reinforced as the club have reportedly agreed to pay £10.4 million for Standard Liege striker Ishak Belfodil.
Following several difficult years in Italian Serie A, the Algerian managed to kick-start his career at Bani Yas, bagging 11 goals in 23 league outings and he then went on to join Standard Liege on a free transfer last summer.
Belfodil was able to keep the rich vein of form and 7 goals in 16 starts for the Belgian giants proved enough to secure a lucrative move to Goodison Park.
Considering that Everton are widely expected to continue the heavy spending, you should know they can be backed at 12/1 to finish in top 6.
