Everton are one of a number of clubs interested in signing Fabian Delph from Manchester City, according to Sky Sports.
The England international has just twelve months remaining on his current deal with the Premier League champions, and a number of offers are expecting to be lodged over the coming days.
Delph moved to the Etihad Stadium in the summer of 2015 and has since racked up eighty-nine appearances in all competitions, scoring five goals.
He has been part of the squad that won consecutive titles in 2018 and 2019, while internationally he has been capped twenty times – four of those appearances coming at last summer’s World Cup finals in Russia.
Prior to his move to Manchester he spent six years at Aston Villa, who he signed for from Leeds United – the club where he began his career.
Pep Guardiola’s side begin their quest for a third straight league title with a trip to West Ham United.
