L’Equipe is reporting that Everton are showing interest in Ligue 1 forwards Alexandre Lacazette and Emmanuel Riviere.
Having agreed to sell Nikica Jelavic to Hull City, the Toffees are on the lookout for attacking reinforcements and it appears they will be doing their shopping in France.
According to L’Equipe, Everton are watching Lyon forward Alexandre Lacazette with a view of luring him to Goodison Park at the earliest opportunity.
The 22-year-old has been in fine form this season, having scored 9 goals in 17 league fixtures, but with les Gones in difficult financial situation, they might not be able to resist a big money offer from abroad.
At the same time, Everton have made a check on Monaco starlet Emmanuel Riviere, who has scored 8 goals in 16 league outings this term.
The Toffees currently sit just one point behind fourth-placed Liverpool and are 4/1 to achieve a top 4 finish.
