Everton eyeing Martins Indi

Portuguese daily newspaper O Jogo claims that Everton are weighing up bid for FC Porto defender Bruno Martins Indi.

New Toffees manager is well aware of the centre-back’s qualities and he will attempt him to bring him to Goodison Park this summer.

Everton plan to start the bidding at €10 million, although chances are the Dragons will demand more if they are to sell Martins Indi.

The Netherlands international didn’t quite manage to prove his worth at Estadio do Dragao and everything suggests he will be leaving the club in the near future.

Ronald Koeman will reportedly have €130 million to spend on new players as he looks to turn Everton into genuine top 4 contenders, and he is also being linked with moves for Graziano Pelle and Axel Witsel.

And with John Stones heavily linked with a big club move, the Dutch manager hopes to reinforce his back line with Bruno Martins Indi, the player he coached at Feyenoord.
