Everton go after Rabiot

Everton are believed to be leading the race to sign Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot during the upcoming summer transfer window, according to a recent report from Tuttosport.

While they may not be viewed by many as the most attractive team in the Premier League, or world football in general, you’d have to imagine Carlo Ancelotti is adding an extra incentive for players who could consider a move to Goodison Park.

The Frenchman has had a tough first season with the Old Lady, with interest coming in from many different clubs – including Wolverhampton Wanderers and Arsenal.

There’s a lot of work that remains for any club to get a deal over the finish line, but the Toffees are in the driving seat right now. It’s clear that there is a new direction needed for Rabiot, and given that he’s still got a lot of potential in the eyes of many, his next move could be a crucial one.
