Everton interested in Delph

According to a recent report from Sky Sports News, Everton are one of the clubs that are interested in signing Fabian Delph from Manchester City. There is said to be a significant amount of interest in the England international, who has one year remaining on his current contract. He has been informed by the club that he is more than welcome to leave the Etihad during the summer transfer window, but City haven’t yet received a bid for him. The belief is that they are going to have a few clubs registering their interest in the next few days or so, and it seems as if the Toffees are one of them.

Everton have made it known that they are planning on being pretty busy in the transfer window, but with around a month to go until the new domestic season gets underway, they need to start making some more moves.
