Everton are considering a move for Arsenal’s Danny Welbeck, according to the Mirror.
The Merseyside club are the first Premier League outfit to be linked with a move for the England international amid reports that he could be set to leave the Emirates on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Since signing from Manchester United in the summer of 2014 he has racked up eighty-five league appearances, though he has started just forty-five of those while he has scored sixteen goals from those games.
Despite not being a regular starter, he was part of the England squad that went to this summer’s World Cup while his last international appearance came as a substitute as Gareth Southgate’s side were beaten 2-1 in the UEFA Nations League last month.
Arsenal travel to Fulham on Sunday afternoon and Welbeck is priced at 21/20 to score at anytime in the game.
