Everton manager Frank Lampard defends Chelsea owner All-Star idea (Video)

Todd Boehly, the American businessman at the head of the consortium which now owns Chelsea, recently said the Premier League needed an All-Star match between the North and the South.

Many have so far voiced negative opinions on the idea, but Everton manager Frank Lampard, a Chelsea legend from his playing days, doesn’t think it’s that bad.
