Brazilian winger Malcom looks set to end his frustrating Barcelona spell with the Premier League side Everton said to be keen on offering him an escape route in January.
Former Bordeaux star was the subject of a transfer war between AS Roma and Barcelona last summer. The Brazilian ended up signing for the Catalans despite having a deal in place with Giallorossi but his move to Spain turned sour in the end.
Malcom has endured a difficult time at Barcelona, having only accumulated 97 minutes of action in five La Liga outings, and is widely expected to leave Camp Nou.
There has been interest from China over the past couple of weeks but the latest reports coming from Spain claim that Everton now hope to get their hands on the Barcelona outcast.
The Toffees have long established a positive business relationship with Barcelona which most recently resulted in a loan deal for Andre Gomes and Everton wants to build on with a Malcom move.
Everton have been gauging the interest from his entourage but the player seems to be reluctant to leave Barcelona at this point in time and would rather remain at Camp Nou until the end of the season,
