Everton pursue Zouma once again

According to a recent report from Le10 Sport, Everton are set to make another offer to try and sign Kurt Zouma this summer.

The Chelsea defender spent a year on loan at Goodison Park from 2018 to 2019 before returning to Stamford Bridge, but with so much uncertainty in the air regarding Chelsea and their transfer dealings in the next week or so, many believe Zouma could well make his move away from the Blues.

The offer would be worth around €40 million and while Zouma is definitely one of the best defenders that Chelsea have at their disposal, you’d have to imagine it’s a deal they would consider taking.

Frank Lampard hasn’t been shy about splashing the cash so far this summer and he certainly isn’t going to shy away if he’s given the opportunity to try and lure another top defender from around Europe to his club before the window closes.
