Everton have been one of those clubs that have done a lot of business in the several of the last transfer windows. They always seem to spend handsomely on signing new players, but they are still a side that is struggling to adjust those additions to the team. Now, with another new manager at the club, they could be on the lookout to sign more new players that could fit the team in a different way.
According to Italian football journalist Nicolo Schira, Everton are in advanced talks with Inter Milan over a deal to sign Matias Vecino. The Toffees are believed to have offered around 15 million euros for the 28-year-old midfielder who has been impressed by Carlo Ancelloti. Inter reportedly value Vecino closer to 20 million euros, but those differences do not seem too high for the two clubs to find an agreement.
If the two clubs agree a fee then Vecino will sign a four-and-a-half year contract at Goodison Park.
