Everton waiting on Ramsey

According to reports in England, Everton are currently waiting on Arsenal to make a final decision on Aaron Ramsey before they make their own formal approach. The Welshman is set to be out of a contract next summer and has made no secret of the fact that he’s open to a move elsewhere, with several destinations abroad such as AC Milan, Juventus and Bayern Munich being mentioned.

However there’s always the possibility of him staying in English football, and Everton’s name has been mentioned several times in relation to a move for him. Ramsey is still playing some decent football at the Emirates but it feels like he’s just kind of going through the motions, with everyone being busy discussing his future as if he doesn’t have any kind of say in it.

The 27 year old has enjoyed a strong decade with Arsenal, but it feels like it’s time for him to move on.
