According to reports in Italy, Everton have made it known that they are interested in signing Gabriel Barbosa. The youngster is currently in loan at Santos following a poor run with Inter Milan in Serie A, but he’s done well to revive himself in his homeland of Brazil. The Football Manager star is riding some momentum now, and appears to be on the verge of yet another big move away.
His loan deal with Santos will come to an end on New Year’s Eve and Everton have already made an approach, as they attempt to solidify their place in the top half of the Premier League.
Barbosa has long since been viewed as one of the most intriguing attacking players in world football, and at the age of 22, he still has plenty of time left to grow and develop.
Everton edged out a narrow win over Cardiff City in their return to Premier League action at the weekend.
