Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport understands that French defender Patrice Evra is trying to engineer a summer move to Juventus.
The Bianconeri are determined to lure him to Turin in the summer transfer window and they have reportedly already agreed a two-year deal with the player worth €3.5 million per campaign.
Juventus now plan to open talks with Manchester United, while Evra is reportedly ready to help facilitate a move to Italy.
Namely, the experienced defender is keen on a switch to Turin and he plans to inform the club chiefs of his desire.
The 33-year-old recently signed a one-year contract at Old Trafford, but with the Red Devils recruiting Luke Shaw, they might be prepared to cash in on Evra if the price is right.
Evra produced another good performance for France as les Bleus were defeated by Germany in the WC quarter-finals, with die Mannschaft now priced at 9/4 to lift the World Cup title.
