Arsenal goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has admitted he may have to consider his future at the Emirates Stadium due to a lack of first-team appearances.
The Polish shot-stopper is desperate to impress his international manager Franciszek Smuda ahead of next year’s European Championship, but has been unable to unseat his compatriot Wojciech Szczesny so far this season.
“If my situation doesn’t change I’ll consider asking for a move,” Fabianski told Polish sports newspaper Przegl?dem Sportowym.
“If I want to go to Euro 2012, the only way I can persuade the coach to take me is by playing well on a regular basis.”
Fabianski has featured just once for Arsenal this season, stepping in for the Gunners’ 3-1 victory against League Two side Shrewsbury Town in the League Cup.
