Fabregas questions Neymar’s return

“I always thought Neymar’s return to Barcelona was very difficult,” the Spaniard said. “Not because Barca, PSG or Neymar didn’t want it to happen, but because it costs too much. Barcelona has made large investments in recent years, they have taken Neymar which has cost a lot and the salaries of the players are very high. I played with Neymar, he is a humble guy, with an incredible talent.”

Those are the words of Cesc Fabregas, who has noted that he was never convinced by the idea of Neymar returning to Barcelona. The two former Barca stars have a great deal of experience between them when it comes to actually playing for the La Liga champions, but in terms of the transfer future of Neymar, it’s certainly interesting to note that so many players are making various claims in the media about what is next for him.

Either way, this doesn’t feel like it’s over by a long shot.
