The Merseyside Derby is truly a fierce rivalry, ever since the older of the two clubs, Everton, was split in two and Liverpool FC was established, back in 1892. They are great enemies for 90 minutes on the pitch, and fans of either club often laugh at the other’s defeats.
But when it comes to really important things in life, they stick together. There’s a great lesson to be learned here.
