FC Groningen will have to pay 15,000 Euros for the events that caused their match with Ajax, on April 13th, to be postponed.
At least, that is the prosecutor’s proposal.
Groningen fans threw down a large amount of toilet paper, which was then set on fire by a small group of supporters. The following fires and smoke troubles forced the referee to suspend the match.
FC Groningen now have another six days to tell the prosecutor whether they agree with the sum of 15,000 Euros.
