FC Paris sign Fadiga after Nice watch theft

Lamine Diaby-Fadiga already has a new club. The 18-year-old Frenchman was sacked from OGC Nice earlier this week, after it was confirmed that it was Fadiga who stole a watch from his teammate.

This story broke out some 10 days ago and it was about Kasper Dolberg’s watch that disappeared from his locker in the dressing room. Dolberg wanted to find the person that stole his watch worth 70.000 euros and it turned out it was Fadiga who did it. The teenager was in the dressing room while the senior team was out training and Dolberg was even ready to not play for Nice until the thief was found.

Afterwards Fadiga paid the fine worth 70.000 euros and got sacked by the club, but just days later, he found a new club. He will now play for FC Paris, the Ligue 2 club that believe Fadiga’s error will not erase his human qualities and integrity. He signed a four-year deal.
