Portuguese giants FC Porto are set to announce the first signing of the January transfer window, according to A Bola.
The Dragons have wrapped up the deal for Vitoria Setubal striker Hyun-Jun Suk, having agreed to pay €1.5 million for 70% of his contract.
Even though all the details have been sorted, the transfer will not be made official before Thursday, when Vitorial Setubal chairman Fernando Oliveira returns from a trip abroad.
With Pablo Daniel Osvaldo nearing closer to January exit, the Dragons appear to have secured a very good replacement and someone who could take over from Vincent Aboubakar as the starting striker in years to come.
Suk has been one of Primeira Liga’s star performers this season, having netted 9 times in 15 league appearances.
He ended a five-year exile from the South Korea national team in September 2015 and went on to score 2 goals in 5 World Cup qualifiers.
