Valerenga midfielder Fegor Ogude has been the subject of interest from England and Spain, according to Estadio Deportivo.
With the Nigeria international not interested in renewing his deal that is due to expire in a year’s time, the Norwegian side plan to cash in on their star player this summer.
And while long-term admirers Real Betis are exploring other targets, namely Stuttgart midfielder William Kvist, clubs from England and Portugal have moved to the front of the queue.
Estadio Deportivo reports that Sporting Lisbon are keeping close tabs on the 26-year-old footballer, while Almeria and clubs from English Premier League are also keen.
Fegor Ogude joined Valerenga from Warri Wolves in 2010 and has since made 48 league appearances for the Norwegian clubs.
The midfielder has nailed down a regular starting berth in Nigeria national team and was part of the squad that won the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations.
