Fenerbahçe suffered their third defeat of the season at Sivasspor, who take a temporary lead in the Turkish Super League.
After last week’s 3-0 win over Gençlerbirligi, ‘Fener’ failed to keep up the good work at Sivasspor on Friday.
The Champions League participants did take the lead through Sahin in the 33rd minute, but Luis Aragones’ men then let the match slip out of their hands.
Sözgelmez levelled for the home side in the 77th minute and Badur netted the winning goal with two minutes left in regular time, 2-1.
Sivasspor are now first in the league, but could drop a few positions over the weekend. Fenerbahçe are in 8th place, and could very well end the match round in the bottom half of the table.
