(GSM) – Fenerbahçe will go into the final weekend with a one-point lead over Bursaspor after comfortably winning 3-0 at Ankaragücü.
Mehmet Topuz put Fenerbahçe in front in the 22nd minute, but the Ankaragücü defense did well to keep them from bring further in front in the first half.
The second half, however, was a different story as Dani Güiza made it 2-0 to the visitors less than a minute in.
With the game well in hand, Cristian Baroni made it three for the Istanbul side in the 67th minute to secure a vital victory that keeps their title hopes on track.
Bursaspor were off on Sunday, but they recorded a 3-0 default victory over Ankaraspor.
Fenerbahçe will host Trabzonspor on Saturday while Bursaspor are at home to Besiktas.
