Fergie reveals Diouf and Kuszczak set for January exits

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that Mame Biram Diouf and Tomasz Kuszczak are set to be farmed out on loan.

The Norwegian striker hasn’t played a single Premier League game since returning from his loan spell at Blackburn.

Ferguson believes that the player would be better off leaving the club on loan than waiting on the fringes at Old Trafford.

“I’d still like for Diouf to go out on loan,” Ferguson told club’s official website. “It would probably do him the world of good.”

The Scottish manager is also of the opinion that keeper Tomasz Kuszczak should also get some playing time.

“Kuszczak needs to get football. I’m surprised nobody’s actually come in for Tomasz.

“Other than that, we need a strong squad. There’s signs that one or two are coming back, of course, but we need a strong squad and, hopefully, we’ve got that for the remainder of the season.”

Te Polish keeper recently revealed his frustration by the lack of first team football as he is now considered a third choice keeper at Old Trafford.
