Dutch side Feyenoord Rotterdam are in negotiations with Leo Beenhakker, but are reportedly not capable of paying his salary.

Beenhakker, currently manager of the Polish national team, is the most likely candidate to replace Gert-Jan Verbeek as Feyenoord manager until the end of the season.

However, newspaper Telegraaf reports that Feyenoord are looking for financial means to afford the highly experienced coach.

Another candidate for the job is NEC Nijmegen manager Mario Been, although he is more likely to finish the season at his current club before joining Feyenoord next summer.
