Italian newspaper La Nazione suggests that Fiorentina are planning a January bid for Roma striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.
It is no secret the Artemio Franchi outfit are in the market for a new striker who would partner captain Stevan Jovetic.
Viola have already expressed interest in Lisandro Lopez and Klaas Jan Huntelaar, but sporting director Daniele Prade has come up with another interesting solution.
Namely, the Fiorentina chief is weighing up move for Roma striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.
The Italy international may be integral to Roma’s plans, but his constant clashes with boss Zdenek Zeman could ultimately drive him out of the club.
Osvaldo has already spent two seasons at Artemio Franchi, scoring 5 goals in 21 Serie A games, but he has since developed into a world-class forward.
The 26-year-old joined Roma in a €15 million deal from Espanyol in the summer of 2011 and went on to score 14 goals in 29 Serie A games for the Giallorossi.
