Serie A giants Fiorentina are the latest side to have joined the chase for Dnipro hotshot Yevhen Konoplyanka, reports Sport Mediaset.
The highly rated footballer has long been on the radar of Europe’s top clubs and he was on the verge of moving to Liverpool in January.
With his contract due to expire at the end of the current campaign, the 24-year-old is almost certain to leave Dnipro in the January transfer window.
And while Inter seem ready to make a move, their league rivals Fiorentina are also being linked with a January assault on Konoplyanka.
The Ukraine international has so far resisted temptation to leave his first club Dnipro, making 139 league appearances and scoring 30 goals.
Having also starred for the Ukraine national team, Konoplyanka has become one of Europe’s most sought after players.
Liverpool look set to reignite their interest in the winter, but they face stiff competition from Serie A giants Inter Milan and Fiorentina.
