Italian daily newspaper La Nazione has claimed that Fiorentina are ready to offer Brazilian midfielder Paulinho an escape route from White Hart Lane.
Viola expect to see Alberto Aquilani and a couple more midfielders leave in the summer and is in the market for midfield reinforcements.
According to La Nazione, Fiorentina have been offered a chance to sign Paulinho from Tottenham and they are ready to make their interest concrete.
The Brazilian has largely struggled to prove his worth in English Premier League and everything suggests he will be allowed to leave at the end of the season.
Paulinho, 26, showed some promise during his first season at the club, bagging 6 goals in 28 Premier League starts, but his status worsened significantly since Mauricio Pochettino took over.
The Brazilian only went to start three league matches this term, while making another 12 substitute appearances, and his spell at White Hart Lane appears to be drawing to a close.
