Serie A outfit Fiorentina appear to have reignited their interest in Pedro Obiang and Stevan Jovetic, according to Il Corriere dello Sport.
Viola have had another disappointing start to a league campaign and they have no choice but to reinforce their ranks in the winter.
Considering that Milan Badelj has been heavily linked with a January move to AC Milan, Fiorentina need to sign him a replacement, and West Ham’s Pedro Obiang is top of their hit-list.
The 24-year-old has finally nailed down a regular starting berth in London, but he may be interested in returning to Italian Serie A.
At the same time, Fiorentina will attempt to finally agree a loan deal for former player Stevan Jovetic, after failing to do so in the summer.
The Montenegrin forward is on the way out of Stadio Giuseppe Meazza having made just four substitute appearances in Serie A this term.
