Italian daily newspaper La Nazione understands that Fiorentina striker Khouma Babacar will be leaving the club in the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old has only made 11 league appearances this season, and he is clearly not happy with the amount of time he has spent on the pitch.
But, having scored 5 goals in just over 700 minutes of league football, Fiorentina are not prepared to let Babacar leave on permanent basis, but will rather farm him out on loan.
The Senegal international has shown a great deal of potential since coming through the youth ranks at Artemio Franchi, but never quite managed to establish himself as a regular starter.
He scored 17 goals in just 33 Serie A starts over the last three campaigns, and following some very good performances in the top flight, Babacar should have no problems finding a temporary home in the summer transfer window.
