Fiorentina and West Ham vying for Valbuena

Le 10 Sport understands that Fiorentina and West Ham are among clubs showing interest in Marseille star Mathieu Valbuena.

The highly rated midfielder hopes to embark on a new challenge this summer, with OM ready to let him leave if they receive an offer in the region of €10 million.

But, despite the player impressing for France at the 2014 World Cup, it appears that there is not too much interest in his services at the moment.

Sky Sport has revealed that West Ham are hot on the trail of the 29-year-old midfielder, whilst Le 10 Sport claims Fiorentina and Olympiakos are the other two clubs keen on the France international.

The experienced footballer has spent last eight years at Stade Velodrome, scoring 27 goals in 242 league outings.

Mathieu Valbuena produced another stunning performance to help France qualify for the World Cup quarter-finals where they will face star-studded Germany side, with les Bleus priced at 6/5 to qualify for the semi-final.
