Firpo to leave Real Betis?

According to a recent report from AS, Liverpool target Junior Firpo has been hinting at the possibility of a move away from Real Betis. He is said to have come out with the following: “When the summer is over I will sit down and talk about my future”.

This implies that he’s going to wait it out for a while before officially deciding what he wants to do with his future, which is certainly an interesting route to go down. On the one hand he probably wants to sit back and enjoy his holidays which he is well within his rights to do, but on the other, some fans would rather see him make up his mind one way or another – because he could be running the risk of not getting the move he desires.

Whatever happens now, though, you can bet that Liverpool are going to be stepping up their interest.
