Forlan back in England?

It is reported that the latest transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur is Atletico Madrid’s former Manchester United striker, Diego Forlan.

Forlan, who has been in Spain since 2004, has been a great success at both Villareal and Madrid after never really making it at Manchester United despite becoming a cult hero with the fans.

I suppose it was only a matter of time before he was linked with Tottenham, as every other striker in Europe has been!

Surely this rumour is one of the least likely ones to come true?
