Competition: International friendly
Market: Brazil to win against Turkey
Odds: 1/2 @ Betfair

Coming off the back of a humiliating thrashing against Germany in this summer’s World Cup that saw the hosts eliminated in the semi-finals, Brazil have turned things around. New manager Dunga has made big changes to the side that has seen them pick up four wins from as many games post-World Cup, without conceding a single goal.

The South Americans have beaten rivals Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina and Japan in the last couple of months, and they are confident of dispatching of Turkey. The two national met in the 2002 World Cup, with Brazil emerging victorious en route to their tournament triumph, but have since fallen short.

Betfair are backing them with odds of 1/2 to get the victory against Turkey tonight, as their squad have been in much better form, while ensure their defence remain solid. On paper, there are few other nations who can boast a team as strong as Brazils’, and their form under Dunga has convinced many that he can rectify the mistakes made under predecessor Luiz Felipe Scolari.
