Getafe defender Miguel Torres has revealed that he would be interested in a move to English Premier League.
The former Real Madrid full-back has attracted interest from Blackburn Rovers and Queens Park Rangers, but he is not too moved by the transfer speculation.
“I am a Getafe player and I’m happy here. I’m just concentrating on my work here to get ready for the new season,” Torres told Marca.
“However, I really like the Premier League and the English style of play would fit me very well.
“The stadiums are great and always full. It’s a paradise for any player.
“That doesn’t mean that there’s anything going on. I’m pleased that they’re thinking about me, but I’m being treated very well at Getafe.”
The 25-year-old is the produce of Real Madrid youth academy and he has amassed 52 league La Liga appearances for los Merengues before moving to Getafe.
