Manchester City have won a lot more than Arsenal in recent years, and as the two clubs battle it out for the signature of West Ham’s Declan Rice, former Hammers striker Carlton Cole feels it’s logical to expect the current captain of his old club to pick the reigning Premier League champions over the runners-up.
