Manchester United goalkeeper Ben Foster has suffered yet another injury blow. He had to leave the field in a reserve game in midweek with a damaged ankle.
Having missed most of last season with a cruciate ligament, he then missed the start of this season with another knee injury.
This is a serious blow for the twenty-five year old keeper who had a real chance this season to establish himself as Manchester United and England number one.
Those chances have looked stronger with each game as Van Der Sar looks nervy and David James can’t go on for ever.
